Both! pHLip Liner can be used to touch up definition around the lip line, to fill in the entire lip, or to act as a base layer underneath any lip formula. It plays well with our entire Sarah Creal Beauty lip lineup.

Take a look at your lips without any product on. If you see warm pink tones or want a rosy pink shade, choose To The Point. If your lips are cool-toned or you want a plummy mauve look, choose On Edge.

pHLip Liner contains special pigments that react with your lips’ pH. Everyone’s lips are different, so the pigments transform differently depending on the natural shade of your lips.

We included a custom built-in sharpener that stows in the end of the pencil. For the most precise point, gently insert the liner into the sharpener and twist.
