SARAH CREAL, Co-Founder and CEO

Summer destination?
Greece

Favorite bag to pack?
I have always loved the Prada messenger bag–this year in a pebbly white leather.

Carry-on or checked?
Checked, very checked. I’m so disciplined about so much stuff in my life, that I allow packing to be a place where I’m not.

Travel skincare essentials
Moisture Source, Brilliant Repair Shield

Go everywhere makeup musts
Eyeliner, Back of the Cab Mascara, Just Like Paradise Bronzer, The Adults Are Talking Solid Serum Lip Treatment

In-flight hack?
Sleep, if possible. And 111 Skin Eye Masks.

Ever had a beauty product confiscated by the TSA?
No, but once I had to split up all of my toiletries with the Estee Lauder Creative Director so I could keep them. I had surpassed the one ziplock allowance at Heathrow and since he was a minimalist dude, he helped me out. Good thing there wasn’t anything too compromising in my bag—ha!

Best global beauty buy?
In Greece I am interested in yogurt based products that are anti-inflammatory.

JILL GOLDEN, Co-Founder and CMO

Summer destination?
Rosewood Tucker’s Point in Bermuda

Favorite bag to pack?
The Signature Pouch! Inside my monogrammed tote, I am not a light packer, even to the beach

Carry-on or checked?
Always checked bags—I need full sized hair gel: Devacurl Ultra Gel!

Travel skincare essentials?
Moisture Source, Brilliant Repair Shield and I just started using the IS Clinical sunscreen for my body. I really like it. I also always carry The Adults Are Talking in Clarity—I probably have 2 with me at all times!

Go everywhere makeup musts? I always have Face Flex in 3.0, The complexion Brush, an eyebrow gel, Today’s Highlights in Extra Extra that I use as a blush, and at least 1 The Adults Are Talking and 3 shades of No Further Questions.

Red-eye hack?
I don’t take them. If at all possible, I opt for the day flight.

Ever had a beauty product confiscated by the TSA?
I’m a pro at this point, you won’t catch me barefoot walking through the screener and you won’t find any loose liquids in my bag—no one is taking my Moisture Source!

Best global beauty buy?
I never miss a trip to Boots in London or the French Pharmacy—exploration and discovery more than a particular mission.

Pro packing tip?
Put a bounce dryer sheet in your suitcase and your clothes arrive smelling fresh instead of smelling like the musty airplane. It also helps protect your belongings from that weird smell of the hotel closet—what exactly is that?!

OLIVIA MEGALE, Social & Community Manager

Summer destination?
Emerald Lakes in the Poconos

Carry-on or checked?
Carry-on, road tripping!

Travel skincare essentials?
Youth To The People cleanser, Moisture Source, Tower 28 SOS Spray, Brilliant Repair Shield

Go everywhere makeup musts?
Face Flex, fake lashes, lip balm, No Further Questions gloss, Just Like Paradise bronzer

In-flight beauty hacks?
Tower 28 SOS spray to kill bacteria, brows and lashes to feel polished. I don’t use complexion products on the plane, I hate to feel like my pores are clogging in flight!

Ever had a beauty product confiscated by the TSA?
Admittedly, yes — self tanner & body lotion!

TIN DIAZ-RODRIGUEZ, Director of Ecommerce

Summer destination?
Italy and France! ✈️ Lake Garda 🚂 Rome ✈️ Paris 🚗 Normandy

Favorite bag to pack?
The Mary Poppins purse. I’m a product junkie.

Carry-on or checked?
Checked, always. I’m a chronic overpacker practicing self acceptance.

Travel skincare essentials?
Cuticle oil, a good cleansing balm, LRP Anthelios Cooling Water Sunscreen for body, Oudid Stronger Hold Heat & Humidity Gel for hair, anti-chafing stick for lots of walking

Go everywhere makeup musts?
Today’s Highlights in This Just In and Extra! Extra!, Speak for Yourself Lipstick in Pink Tax, Gucci Matte Liquid Lipstick in Janet Rust, light pink blush, brow glue

Red-eye hack?
Concealer and a cortado

Best global beauty buy?
Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse Dry Oil from a French pharmacy. It’s a culty, casual scent you catch whiffs of all over crowds in Paris.

Pro packing tip?
I brought a paper fan in my go-bag everywhere we went and it was a life saver. Who knew Versailles doesn’t have air conditioning? I overheard a lot of, “She’s the only one that got the memo” and “I’d pay good money for one of those right now.”
